Handling and Ripening
To ensure the best flavor, we recommend letting your avocados ripen naturally at room temperature. They will arrive firm and bright green. Once they become soft to the touch and turn dark green, they are ready to enjoy. If you aren't ready to eat them immediately at that stage, they can be refrigerated for up to seven days.
