Subscription orders are fulfilled the first Monday and Tuesday of each month.

We fulfill all single orders on Monday and Tuesday of the given week.  Orders need to be placed no later than Saturday at 5p.m.  Orders received after 5 p.m. on Saturday will be placed in the queue for the following Monday and Tuesday. 

We ship with UPS...

If you have on-going issues with UPS deliveries, please connect with them as soon as you receive the tracking information.  Do not wait until the scheduled delivery date.

Call UPS 800.742.5877 ... this is important: Instruct customer service to have the business center add this message of delivery to the board; they will know what this means.  Give them clear delivery instructions, gate codes, walkways, gates to open etc.  Doing this step ensures your driver has the correct instructions not only for your Rancho Cielo Avocados but for all future UPS deliveries.

Please share the best telephone number to reach you.  UPS will call you, not Rancho Cielo, in the event of a question.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. Territories (American Samoa has some limitations).

Key domestic services include guaranteed Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and cost-effective Ground (1-5 days).  Saturday delivery is an extra cost option.
